1. Select a Category on the left pane (i.e. Tag Sales, House/Apartment for Rent). 
   
2. Browse through the map to look at the neighborhood that you are interested in or type the city or zipcode on the Address Search box.
3. If there are too many results in the list, you can specify optional criteria like price range, number of rooms etc. on the Category Filter window to narrow down your search results.
4. A post marker on the map will indicate if there are results on the area that satisfy the category and filter criteria that you have specified.
   
5. Click on the post marker on the map to view the detailed description of the posting.To view additional information, click on the magnifying glass icon. Click on Contact Seller to leave a message to the seller.
   

1. Posting is free.
   
2. You do not need to create a user account to post. You just need an e-mail address.
3. You may login using a Google account if you want to post without having to enter your e-mail.
4. Browse through the map to look at the neighborhood where you want your posting to be located or type the city or zip code on the Address Search box to specify your location or neighborhood.
   
5. You can also double click the location to bring up the menu to post.
6. Specify additional criteria and upload images. Include as much detail as possible.
7. Once you are done posting, do not forget to check your e-mail to click a link that will verify your posting. If you do not verify your posting, it will be deleted in a few hours.
   
8. Additional services such as longer posting duration and more images to upload are available for additional fee. Please refer to the table below for details:
